- Return Eligibility
Customers can apply for a return if:
The product is unused within 30 days of receipt and can be returned in its original packaging.
The product is damaged in transit, or the received product does not match the order.
- Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team at support@flexibledigital.org to inform us of your return request. Please provide your order number and relevant information.
Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return address and relevant instructions.
Pack and Ship the Product: Please ship the product back in its original packaging with all accessories. Be sure to mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet our return policy requirements, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to the corresponding credit card account.
- Shipping and Handling Fees
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue with the product or the wrong item was shipped.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Special Circumstances
Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
