Return Eligibility
Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return.
Return Process:
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please email our customer service team at support@flexibledigital.org to inform them of your return request. Please provide your order number and relevant information.
Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number, a return address, and relevant instructions.

Packaging and Shipping: Please return the product along with all accessories in its original packaging. Please be sure to mark the return authorization number on the outside of the packaging.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet our return policy requirements, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the corresponding credit card account.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Unless there is a quality issue with the product or the wrong item was sent, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition for resale or exchange.
